What happens during your stay
When you arrive, we will take your details and will be glad to receive any personal requests regarding food, diet or care. To allow us to prepare everything as thoroughly as possible, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance any special requirements (e.g. an extra-long bed, bidet toilet or wish for anonymity).
The daily doctor’s rounds usually start between 8:30 and 9:00 am. Your attending physician will discuss your current state of health and the course of your treatment with you. Should you wish to have a personal consultation with your doctor, we can arrange this for you outside of the regular doctor’s rounds.
The date of your departure from the clinic will be fixed by your attending physician. Unless instructed otherwise, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:00 am. When you are discharged, please check out with the nursing staff and settle any extra costs (drinks, telephone calls, etc.) at reception. You can pay for your extras by cash, by credit or debit card, or by ‘Postcard’.
Entertainment
A tablet is available to each patient free of charge. Single rooms also have TVs.
Internet
Wi-Fi access can be found in the welcome brochure in your room.
Pets
Please understand that no pets are allowed in the clinic.
Valuables
Upon admission, you will receive a card to access your personal safe.
Post
Incoming post will be delivered once a day by the hospitality or nursing staff and will reach you reliably at the following address:

You can hand in any outgoing post at reception or give it to the nursing staff.
