Physiotherapy
Range of treatments
- Individual physiotherapy: our clinics in St. Moritz and Fläsch offer both inpatient and outpatient physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
- Various therapeutic approaches: we use traditional active and passive measures, including manual lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy, medical training therapy and sports physiotherapy.
Special features
Preparation for procedures and subsequent therapy
Even before an operation, exercise and controlled physical activity play an important role. We recommend maintaining flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination as much as possible with sports that are gentle on the joints, such as Nordic walking, cycling, swimming or aqua jogging. A good fitness level makes it much easier for you as a patient when you start your subsequent rehabilitation.
Mobility and independence
After the operation, it is important to quickly regain confidence in your ability to move. Our specialists are on hand to provide the latest treatment approaches and modern pain management. Your physiotherapist will put together a continuing programme based on your age, physical condition and individual healing process.
