For us, nursing care means much more than medical assistance. It is about relationships, companionship and responsibility. We see nursing as a collaborative process in which we actively involve patients and promote their self-determination.
Professionalism, empathy, teamwork and quality form the foundations of our work. We provide care in accordance with current scientific standards and attach great importance to a respectful, human-centred approach. In our day-to-day collaboration with doctors, therapists and hospitality services, we create an environment that offers security and trust. Continuous training and quality development are an integral part of our concept of nursing care.
Care quality and development
We attach great importance to high quality standards, clear processes and continuous development. Regular further training courses and communication within interdisciplinary teams ensure the high quality of care that Klinik Gut stands for.
We focus on postoperative care and mobilisation, pain management, wound care, and ensuring hygiene and patient safety. Through professional nursing development and quality management, we ensure that our work is constantly evolving.
Nursing and hotel services - hand in hand
Our nursing staff work closely with our hospitality services to make our patients’ stay with us as pleasant as possible. In addition to medical care, we attach great importance to well-being, rest and quality of service.
Training and career
Klinik Gut is actively involved in the training and further education of nursing staff. We support apprentices and students at various levels of training, from medical practice assistants (Medizinische Praxisassistenz – MPA) and healthcare assistants (EFZ Fachmann/-frau Gesundheit – FaGe) to registered nurses (Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF).
Our apprenticeships offer practical experience in a modern environment with dedicated vocational trainers and training managers. Interdisciplinary collaboration and individual development opportunities help our employees achieve their professional goals.
