Differences in leg length

Lengthening the lower length by several centimetres with a ring fixator for congenital shortening of the shin bone and missing calf bone

If there is a major difference in leg length (generals 2cm or more), this is corrected through a lengthening with a ring fixator (the Tailor spatial frame) or the bones are extended using a nail placed in the bone canal.
