The quality and performance criteria
The defined quality criteria are based on the areas of organisational policies, quality management, personnel management, health care, care and medicinal technology therapy, safety management, hotel services, administration. The criteria are checked in regular assessments. Only external accredited certification agencies are approved as inspection bodies.

The benefit
19 clinics in Switzerland have now successfully undergone this assessment. The high quality has a positive effect on the recovery process: the average length of hospital stay is significantly lower than the Swiss average.
