The medical system in Switzerland is experiencing the most severe upheaval for decades. The entire system of remunerating medical work is fundamentally changing and the cost pressure on the physicians is continuing to increase. People’s willingness to train young colleagues will be one of the first things to suffer. Our aim is to support young colleagues in their specialist training so that we can have a supply of well-trained physicians in the future.
